    Yes! Reels are a highly effective way to engage your audience. We specialize in short-form video content that tells your brand’s story, increases engagement, and inspired response. All content is designed to connect with your audience and bring your brand personality to life.

  • WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MARKETING AND ADVERTISING?

    Advertising is a piece of marketing that focuses on paid promotions, such as social media ads or sponsored posts.

  • Do you offer paid ad services?

    No. Truly Social focuses on organic growth. We share content that captures your brand’s energy, engages your audience, and grows your community naturally. Every post, video, and story is designed to turn real experiences into content your audience remembers, all without relying on paid ads.

  • How does the process work?

    We start with a kickoff call to understand your brand and goals. For local clients, we can also meet in person to get a true sense of your brand and vibe. From there, we research and develop a custom social strategy. Next, we produce, schedule, and manage your content while keeping you updated through regular check-ins to ensure everything feels right and stays on track.

  • How soon should I book?

    For the best results, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. If you’re planning a launch, event, or seasonal campaign, booking early gives us time to create a strategy that truly stands out.

  • Do I need to provide photos or videos?

    Yes, we’ll need high-quality photos or videos from you to create engaging content. If you don’t have a photographer or videographer, we can guide you on what to capture. For local clients, I can also personally come on-site to capture content, and often a mix of your existing material and my footage works best. The goal is always to make sure your content feels authentic and reflects your brand’s energy.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE CONTENT CAPTURE AT EVENTS?

    Content capture is included in The Signature and The Premium packages:

    The Signature: One 2-3 hour session per month to capture photos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
    The Premium: Up to two sessions per month capturing events, classes, or seasonal changes.

    For The Essentials, on-site capture is not included, but guidance is provided for collecting photos or videos. On-site capture can also be added as an option for local clients.

  • What do you use to shoot?

    Content is captured using an iPhone with basic lighting and a tripod or handheld stabilizer. For social media, this approach is an advantage rather than a compromise. It allows for authentic, in-the-moment content that feels real and approachable, not overproduced. What matters most is the story, the perspective behind the camera, and how each piece is edited and presented to bring the brand to life.

  • Are your packages customizable?

    Yes! All of our packages are designed to be flexible and meet your unique needs:

    The Essentials – Ideal for businesses just getting started or using mostly existing content. Includes a clear strategy, thoughtful captions, and consistent posting to build your brand’s presence.

    The Signature – Perfect for brands ready to grow their audience and capture the full vibe of their business. Includes a tailored strategy, high-quality photos and reels, and ongoing engagement to expand your community confidently.

    The Premium – Our most comprehensive package for busy brands. Offers full-service management, advanced strategy, multiple content captures per month, and deeper community engagement to maximize your reach and impact.

  • Why are your packages priced this way?

    You’re not paying for hours behind a screen. You’re investing in storytelling, editing, strategy, and the emotional connection built with your audience.

    A single reel can easily take 3+ hours to plan, capture, and edit. A single photo post with a strong caption can take an hour or more when done thoughtfully. With 15 years of event coordination experience, every piece of content is created with an understanding of what people respond to, which details matter, and how to create a feeling, not just an image.

    Packages are designed to reflect that level of care and ensure a sustainable process for everyone involved.

  • CAN I UPGRADE MY PACKAGE LATER?

    Absolutely! You can move between packages as your needs grow. If you're ready for more content, strategy, or hands-on support, we’ll work with you to make the transition smooth.

  • CAN I REVIEW CONTENT BEFORE IT GOES LIVE? HOW DO REVISIONS WORK?

    During onboarding and the first 1–2 weeks, you’ll have full access to review and approve all content. After that, content is created and scheduled based on established guidelines to save time while staying true to your brand. Revisions are welcome, with feedback requested within 24 hours for time-sensitive content.

  • HOW OFTEN WILL CONTENT BE POSTED?

    Posting frequency depends on your goals and chosen package. Each plan is designed to maintain consistency, keeping your audience engaged and your brand top-of-mind.

  • WHAT IF YOU’RE OUT OF OFFICE OR IT'S A HOLIDAY?

    We are a people-powered service, but consistency is key. Content will be scheduled in advance so your brand stays active even when we’re offline. You’ll always be informed if adjustments are needed for holidays, vacations, or unexpected changes.

  • HOW QUICKLY DO YOU RESPOND TO MESSAGES?

    Prompt, friendly communication is prioritized during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–5:00PM EST). Responses typically take 24–48 hours. Longer absences are communicated in advance.

  • IS CONTENT AND INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

    All brand content and information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality at all times.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM CONTRACT LENGTH?

    Yes. Truly Social requires a 6-month minimum commitment to allow enough time for strategy, content creation, and meaningful growth. Social media growth is a long-term process, and this timeframe provides a strong foundation for consistent results.

  • WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

    All packages require a minimum 6-month commitment. After that, cancellation is possible with 30 days written notice for a smooth transition.

  • Are results guaranteed?

    While we are fully committed to achieving the best possible results for your brand, social media growth depends on market trends, audience behavior, and other factors. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, but we always deliver our best effort to create authentic, organic growth.

  • How do I get started?

    Fill out our contact form with as much detail as possible. We’ll schedule a Social Strategy Kickoff Call to dive into your brand’s story and build a social media strategy tailored to you. For local clients, we can also meet in person to get a true sense of your brand and its energy.
